CleanFit ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal wardrobe and outfit planning application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and a hashed password. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth and are never stored in plain text.
Wardrobe data: Photos and metadata (type, color, style, season) of clothing items you add. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage linked to your account.
Outfit data: AI-generated outfit suggestions, your ratings, and scheduled outfits.
Location data: With your permission, we access your approximate location solely to fetch current weather data for outfit suggestions. We do not store or track your location.
Usage analytics: We collect anonymous usage events (e.g., features used, suggestion requests) via PostHog to improve the app. No personal information is included in analytics events.
Crash reports: We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability.
When you add a clothing item or request an outfit suggestion, your wardrobe data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API via a secure server-side function. Clothing photos are processed for analysis and are not stored by Anthropic. Anthropic's data usage policy applies to AI processing: anthropic.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with:
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (Ireland). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by Row Level Security — you can only access your own data. Photos are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to your account.
You have the right to:
Account deletion removes all your data including your profile, clothing items, photos, outfits, and authentication records. This action is irreversible.
CleanFit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
